Pentair OMNIFilter RS12 Sediment Water Filter, Whole House Replacement Cartridge

The OMNIFilter RS12 cartridges are manufactured from a durable polypropylene string that is wound around a rigid polypropylene core. They are a premium string-wound solution designed to reduce fine sediment, including sand, silt, rust, and scale particles. The RS12 cartridges are wound in a precise pattern around the core, providing greater surface area. This results in higher dirt loading capacity and greater efficiency than standard wound cartridges.

These string-wound cartridges are capable of withstanding temperatures up to 165°F and can accommodate flow rates between 7 and 10 GPM with minimal pressure drop. The RS12 series cartridges are suitable for a wide variety of sediment filtration applications, including municipal and well water, as well as many industrial fluids.

By removing fine sediment, including dirt, sand, silt, rust, and scale particles from your water, these cartridges help keep your water clean and protect your appliances. The OMNIFilter RS12 cartridges are designed to pair best with Pentair OMNIFilter U24, U25, U30, OB1, and WH5 10" Standard Filter Systems. They can fit all 10" standard filter housings and can replace any 10" x 2.5" sediment filter cartridge.

With a 15,000-gallon capacity, these cartridges should be replaced every 3 months or when you notice a drop in water pressure or water quality.
