Product Description: Captain O-Ring Replacement 3.5" O-Rings for APEC RO Filter Housings (4 Pack) O-Ring Diameter: Approximately 3.5" O-Ring Thickness: Slightly over 1/8" (Approximately 0.14" or 3.5mm) Compatible Filter/RO Housings: Compatible with APEC Reverse Osmosis Filter Housing Models: RO-45, RO-90, RO-PERM, RO-PUMP, ROES-50, ROES-PH75, ROES-UV75, ROES-UV75-55, and ROES-PHUV75.

Version A (P/N: O-RING-SET) Compatibility: Compatible with APEC ESSENCE RO units made before June 2013 and ULTIMATE RO units made before May 2015. These models have single/flat raised ridges running vertically from top-to-bottom of the filter housing canisters.

Version B (P/N: O-RING-SET-B) Compatibility: Compatible with APEC ESSENCE RO units made after June 2013 and ULTIMATE RO units made after May 2015. These models have triple/stepped ridges running vertically from top-to-bottom of the filter housing canisters.

Frequently Asked Water Filter O-Ring Questions How often do I need to change my filter housing's o-ring? It's typically recommended to replace the o-ring on every third filter change to ensure it's in top shape and prevent leaks.

Can I use grease or lubricant on these o-rings? Since our o-rings are high quality and don't have surface imperfections or a tacky/sticky texture, lubrication is typically not needed if the filter housing sealing surfaces are clean. However, if preferred, these Buna Nitrile rubber o-rings are compatible with silicone-based, petroleum-based, and natural lubricants like vegetable oil.
